Adranae Mena
Membership Director
As the Membership Director for FABWOMEN, Adranae Mena works directly with our CEO and Founder, Shanna Kabatznick, in the implementation, and execution of membership activities. Adranae also engages with all new members and cultivates relationships to ensure members are connected and supported.
Adranae is the CEO/Founder of Soar Fearlessly. As a champion of women, Adranae is a faith-based coach, life strategist, and mother of 3 Rockstar kids and grandkids. She’s passionate about incorporating her faith into life’s beautiful mess.
Erin Leigh
Chief Oversight Officer
As Chief Oversight Officer, Erin Leigh supports the FAB community by keeping a keen eye on FAB from a high-level perspective. Her gifts include asking strategic questions, identifying patterns and themes, and streamlining ideas into clear, actionable plans designed to get results – all of which come into play within her leadership role. Working closely with Shanna, Erin helps to ensure all FAB’s programs, events, online meetups, and member benefits interweave seamlessly to support the organization’s vision and mission.
Nakita Stowell-Stevens
Branding Messaging Director
Nakita is the chief content specialist among the FAB Leadership. Her responsibilities include working with Shanna to extract her vision and ideas to communicate to the members and the public. She works with Shanna to develop email content, blog content and other outward communications to share her vision and plans for FABWOMEN.
Nakita is the Word Stylist! WordStylist works with small business owners to help them tell their stories. A genuine connection is made when a business owner can share more of themselves with their customers and their prospects. This is achieved through their direct communication channels such as their website, blog, social media and email marketing. Word Stylist works with their customers to craft messages that accurately reflect their vision and character, helping their audience see who they really are.
Susan Ciszek
Community Engagement Director
In her leadership role, Susan takes care of planning members-only events that can vary from social gatherings to a visit to an art exhibit or to a more formal professional event. Susan ensures that there is a mix of events in order for members to participate and feel comfortable. Some of these events will also be open for a member to bring a guest.
Susan and her daughter run Sue and Rue, a business that brings you homemade, health-conscious, and heart-felt products for yourself or as a beautiful gift for others. Each item is carefully crafted to not only meet but exceed your expectations. Some of the items they offer are lavender heat packs, hand-made jewelry, Elderberry Syrup, and custom-made felt flowers.
Jennifer Einolf
Member Enrichment Director
In her work as Clarity Designer at her company, Bold Whisper LLC, Jennifer partners with smart, visionary, courageous professionals to design the clarity that ignites them to thrive—body, soul and bank account—inside their success. Her background in commercial Interior Design and her training and experience as a coach allow her to partner with clients to navigate the process of designing, living into and communicating a bold vision—for their lives and for their teams.
Donna Denson
Membership Outreach and Support Manager
As a champion of all things women, Donna plays a leadership role in the FABWOMEN community. Donna resides in RVA and is the founder of Intentional Acts of Love, serves as The Dynamic Diabetic, and helps us laugh as our crazy and fun “lash lady”. For a lifetime, she has been a promoter of women and believer in connection! Now she empowers diabetics to get and stay healthy and helps all women look and feel more beautiful!!!
As the Membership Outreach and Support Manager, Donna works with Adranae Mena, Shanna Kabatznik, and the Leadership Team to welcome all new members and provide assistance and direction for our newcomers. Donna is committed to the growth and well being of all members of our beloved sisterhood!
Kim Eley
Brand Ambassador Director
Specializing in personal development books and thoughtful children’s books is the mission of Kim Wells Eley’s company, KWE Publishing. “The common thread of both is to help people see what’s possible and shift to a more enjoyable, fulfilled life,” she says. As a writing coach and publishing consultant, Kim gives clients six steps to make their books a reality. Happily married to her BFF for 21 years, she’s also a speaker, an author, and does a podcast called “Sociable Scribes” with fellow FAB leader Nakita Rowell-Stevens.
Kim brings her passion to FAB as the official FAB-Ambassador! She and her fellow FAB-Ambassadors reach out to amazing ladies to share everything our group has to offer. Kim loves providing encouragement to FAB Members, and giving a big warm welcome to guests!
Maite Dizon
Online Business Manager
Maite Dizon is a Certified Online Business Manager and AccessAlly Certified Expert. She is the team techie and is FABWOMEN‘s go-to person when it comes to systems, online tools and operations management. She is responsible for setting up and building FABWOMEN‘s online event and membership registration process and keeps the FABWOMEN website and members’ online resource library up-to-date. Working closely with Shanna and Nakita, Maite helps ensure that timely emails go out to FAB members and friends to inform them about upcoming events and other announcements.
